Sunbeam Lodge is located on 5 acres of large treed and landscaped grounds and consists of a 16,OOO sq.ft. facility designed to care for medically fragile children being fully wheelchair accessible with all bedrooms, program and leisure areas on ground level. The building reflects an atmosphere of home through individually decorated bedrooms and general decor, designed according to the needs of the children and child care attendants.
There is a playground located on the grounds providing recreation by residents and visiting family and friends which include 2 swings (junior & adult), merry-go-round, canopy and open patios, 2 creative climbers, 2 playhouses, 2 teeter-totters, 2 slides.
We are located in a suburban setting with single acre residential properties on one side and new executive housing developments bordering the north and west sides, The south side borders residential and rural land.
